Health Challenge of the Day: The 7,000-Step Challenge

Today’s goal is to walk at least 7,000 steps.

If you’re busy, break it into smaller sessions:

  • 🚢 10 minutes in the morning
  • 🚢 10–15 minutes after lunch
  • 🚢 15–20 minutes in the evening

Bonus challenge: Walk at a brisk pace for at least 20 minutes so your heart rate increases and you can still talk but not sing.
