Even if you exercise every day, sitting continuously for long periods can contribute to stiffness, poor circulation, and back or neck discomfort.

Make movement a habit:

  • ⏰ Stand up and stretch every 30–60 minutes.
  • 🚢 Walk around for 2–5 minutes during breaks.
