“Move Every Hour” Challenge
Today, challenge yourself to avoid sitting for more than 60 minutes at a time.
Every hour:
🚶 Walk for 5 minutes.
🤸 Stretch your neck, shoulders, back, and legs for 2–3 minutes.
💧 Drink a glass of water.
🌬️ Take 10 slow, deep breaths before returning to work or study.
