The “5-5-5 Wellness Challenge”

Complete these three simple tasks today:

Drink 5 glasses of water before evening.

Walk for 5 minutes after each major meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner).

Eat 5 servings of fruits or vegetables throughout the day. This could be:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • A handful of vegetables with lunch
  • Pawpaw slices
  • Cucumber or carrot snacks
