On December 7, 2025, a technical issue temporarily affected usernames on our platform. Between 10:00 AM PST and 1:00 PM PST (corresponding to 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Nigerian time), all 7,512 users on the platform had their usernames updated to the same value due to this issue.
We have identified the cause and fully rectified the problem. All affected users’ data has been restored, and normal functionality has resumed.
